// YOUR LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Train in a real engineering environment — not just a lecture room.

Hands-on learning needs the right space. SKAISTACK classes are designed to give students a focused, professional, and structured environment where real technical learning can happen.

A strong learning environment helps students stay focused, work through labs with confidence, and build the discipline needed for real careers in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Linux.

// THE JOURNEY, AT A GLANCE

Three stages. One clear direction.

Not three unrelated options — three stages of the same path. Each one prepares you for the next.

1
// EVERY STUDENT STARTS HERE

Foundations — Core Infrastructure

Linux, networking, virtualization. The operating layer everything else in this program runs on.

2
// BUILD REAL DEPTH

Advance — Cloud, Security, and AI

Go deep across all three disciplines: Cloud & Platform, Security & Reliability, and AI & Automation.

3
// GET READY FOR THE ROLE

Career Prep — Portfolio & Interviews

Build a production-style capstone project to show on GitHub and in interviews, then practice the real thing.

Not sure where you'd start?

A short conversation with our team finds your starting point — no test, no pressure, just clarity on how the path fits your background.

// HOW THE CURRICULUM IS BUILT

One foundation. Three disciplines you master.

Core Infrastructure is the base everything else is built on. Every student starts here, then builds real depth across all three disciplines — one complete curriculum, not a fork in the road.

// EVERY STUDENT STARTS HERE

Core Infrastructure

Linux, networking, virtualization — the operating systems everything else runs on.

Cloud & Platform

Design, deploy, and operate in AWS, Azure, and GCP with confidence.

Security & Reliability

Harden systems, detect threats, apply real compliance controls.

AI & Automation

Deploy and operate AI/LLMs on real infrastructure, not demos.

// CORE INFRASTRUCTURE

Operate the foundation everything else runs on

Linux is the backbone of modern infrastructure. Here, you'll work directly with the operating systems that power cloud platforms, AI workloads, and secure environments.

You'll go beyond commands and learn how systems behave, fail, and recover in real-world conditions.

Focus areas include: system administration, processes and services, storage and filesystems, networking fundamentals, permissions, logging, and troubleshooting live systems.

System Operations & Services

Boot processes, service management, monitoring, and recovery.

Storage, Filesystems & Performance

Disks, partitions, and memory diagnosis at scale.

Networking & Connectivity

Interfaces, routing, DNS, firewalls, secure access.

Troubleshooting Live Systems

Logs, process analysis, and real failure investigation.

Hands-on labs

Every concept is paired with an interactive lab you run yourself — real hardware, real consoles, not a slide deck.

// WHAT YOU'LL MASTER

Four modules. One complete engineer.

Every student goes through all four — Foundations first, then progressively deeper expertise across Cloud, Security, and AI. Your assessment sets your starting pace, not which of these you learn.

Foundations

Build a rock-solid base in Linux, networking, virtualization, and core infrastructure.

  • Linux administration
  • Networking & TCP/IP
  • Virtualization
  • Scripting & automation
  • Lab fundamentals

Cloud & Platform

Design, deploy, and operate in AWS, Azure, and GCP with confidence.

  • AWS / Azure / GCP core
  • Compute, storage, networking
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Containers & Kubernetes
  • Observability

Security & Reliability

Secure systems, detect threats, and build resilient, compliant infrastructure.

  • Security operations
  • Threat detection & response
  • Identity & access management
  • Compliance & governance
  • Incident management

Practiced at every layer, L1–L7 — not a phase you finish, a discipline you carry through all of them.

AI & Automation

Leverage AI and automation to build, operate, and optimize at scale.

  • Python for engineers
  • MLOps foundations
  • Agentic AI & LLM ops
  • Automation at scale
  • Data & model workflows

A Clear Path. No Guesswork. Real Progress.

SKAISTACK is designed as a guided journey — not a collection of disconnected courses. You'll move step by step, building the right foundations first, then specializing based on your goals, and finally preparing for real-world roles.

Every stage builds on the one before it, so you always know what you're learning, why it matters, and what comes next.

What's Next?

Apply & Get Assessed

Apply to SKAISTACK and complete a short skills assessment. This helps us place you on the right starting point — no guesswork, no wasted time.

Build the Foundations

Learn Linux, networking, and infrastructure fundamentals through guided labs. You'll work in real environments, not simulations.

Specialize & Deploy

Move beyond fundamentals to deploy Cybersecurity, AI, or Cloud Engineering — and deploy real workloads, automate systems, and solve production-style problems.

Prepare for Interviews

Build a production-style capstone project you can show on GitHub and in interviews, practice technical interviews, and get interview-readiness support designed around how hiring actually works.

// QUESTIONS YOU'RE PROBABLY ASKING

Before you apply.

Q. What actually happens when I apply?

You'll start with a conversation with our admissions team — not a test — to talk through your background, where you're starting from, and how the program lines up with the career you're aiming for.

Q. Can I see the classroom before I commit?

Yes. After that conversation, you're invited in for a tour — see the racks, the equipment, and the space you'd actually be training in, and get a clear picture of what you'll learn and where it can take you.

Q. I have zero technical background. Can I still start here?

Yes — that first conversation exists to find your actual starting point, not assume one. Foundations is built for people who've never touched a terminal.

Q. I already know Linux/networking. Do I still have to start at Foundations?

Everyone starts at Foundations, but your admissions conversation finds out what you already know, so you move through familiar material faster and reach deeper work sooner.

Q. How is this different from an online course I could take myself?

Physical racks, live troubleshooting, an instructor in the room, and a small in-person cohort — not a video queue. You train hands-on from rack-and-stack all the way through AI, on real hardware.
